the left you can see Canal Grande viewed from Rialto.
This
(right) is a typical channel in Venice. Everybody has a boat near the door
(or window :-)) and bridges cross them every now and then.
Here
we are close to the Giudecca channel. To the left of the photo you can
see a gondola repair-shop.
Here
we are again near Rialto. The boat I think was a police boat, and on the
other shore there is a very nice coffee shop (remember the hot chocolate?).
