Since I finished school at
The Johns Hopkins University in
Baltimore, Maryland, I've lived in New York, New York, and worked
full-time. I've been employed as a software developer at
Bloomberg L.P., a financial
information services company, since June 2004. I completed my M.S.E. degree in Computer Science from JHU's Department of Computer Science in October 2004. I completed my B.S. degree with a major in Computer Science from the same department in May 2003, with a minor in Mathematical Science. While at JHU I was a member of the Center for Networking and Distributed Systems (CNDS), a research center within the department headed by Professor Yair Amir. Projects I have worked on include Wackamole and the Spread toolkit. In 2003, we published a paper about Wackamole, which can be found at the CNDS publications page (PS | PDF). In Fall 2004, I contributed to a paper about Simnet, a discrete-event network simulator, the final version of which can be found here (PDF). My masters project report, titled Scalable Process Group Membership for the Spread Toolkit, is also available (PS | PDF). If you would like further information about me or my research, feel free to contact me using the information below. Or, if you're more interested in my personal life, I have a picture gallery on the JHU ACM chapter's server, and pictures of my fiancée, Lisa. Contact Information:
