About Me

I'm currently a third year undergraduate student in the Computer Science Department at Johns Hopkins University. I'm a member of the Distributed Systems and Networks lab, working with prof. Yair Amir, Tom Tantillo , and Amy Babay on building Intrusion Tolerant SCADA systems.

Current Research

Intrusion-Tolerant Open-Source SCADA

SCADA systems provide the monitoring and control for many critical infrastructure applications. It is important to national security that they are able to operate correctly at all times. However, SCADA systems are very vulnerable to intrusions. We are developing and implementing the first open source intrusion-tolerant replicated SCADA system that operates correctly even when some components are compromised. It is also designed to survive over a long life time, and protect against Network attacks as well.
